A phenomenal facility! I enjoyed being in a secure, clean, modern environment with access to state of the art equipment. My experience was enhanced by group training sessions with China. I look forward to returning!

I really enjoy the atmosphere here at FlexWerk Fitness and I love the individual workout rooms instead of the open space like other fitness places! My trainer China is absolutely amazing - she pushes us to our full potential.
